Yvette Chartier

Rehoboth - Yvette (Tanguay) Chartier, 85, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011. She was the beloved wife of Raymond J. Chartier for 64 years. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Ulderic and Angelina (Morrissette) Tanguay, she resided in Rehoboth for the past ten years. Besides her husband she leaves two daughters and their spouses, Denise D. and Norm Drainville of Bristol and Cheryl A. and Artie Mitsmenn of Rehoboth; three grandchildren, Douglas Drainville, Zachary and Haley Mitsmenn; five great-grandchildren and a brother, Roger Tanguay of Pawtucket. She was the grandmother of the late Angela K. Dolan and the sister of the late Lucien, Lionel, Roland, Gaston and Raymond Tanguay, Dolores Chagnon, Gloria Young and Lucienne Tanguay. Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, Coyle Dr., Seekonk. Interment will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Attleboro....
