Pawtucket – William R. Smith, Jr., 72, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda (Trottier) Smith. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William R., Sr. and May (Tucker) Smith.
William worked for many years as a truck driver and in his free time he enjoyed playing video games, fishing and camping.
He leaves four sons, Anthony LeBlanc of Riverside, William Smith of Shepherd, Texas, Jason Smith and Justin Smith both of Pawtucket; a brother, Carl Smith of Pascoag, and many nieces and nephews.
