William A. Benoit, Jr.

Seekonk – William “Bill” A. Benoit, Jr., 73 years old of Seekonk and formerly of Pawtucket, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, May 21, 2021. Born in Pawtucket, Bill was predeceased by his parents, William A., Sr. and Adele Marie (Dulieu) Benoit and his brother, Michael J. Benoit. Bill was a registered nurse for thirty-five years at Pawtucket Memorial Hospital, working in the ICU, CCU, and medical/surgical units. He was also a family practice nurse with Doctors James and Kelly Hoye in Dighton, Massachusetts for fifteen years. Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Jo Ann F. (Charrette) Benoit of forty-five years, their three sons, William A. Benoit, III of Chatham, MA, Jonathan R. Benoit and his wife, Vanessa, of Mobile, AL, and Joshua M. Benoit and his wife, Erica, of Rochester, MA; daughter-in-law, Michelle Benoit of Chatham, MA; five cherished grandchildren, Sarah, William, IV, Paolina, Liam and Madison. His family was his driving force to teach empathy, selflessness, and compassion....
