Wanda F. Mactavish

Pawtucket – Wanda F. (Korsak) MacTavish, 88, formerly of Rosemont Ave., Pawtucket, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2011 at the Orchard View Manor, East Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred MacTavish. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late John and Michalina (Stecewicz) Korsak. Wanda was a hostess at the Turk’s Head Club, Providence for twenty-two years before retiring in 1991, and was previously a hostess at the Colstone Pancake House, North Attleboro, Massachusetts. She leaves a son, Alfred MacTavish and his wife Elaine of Dighton, Massachusetts; a daughter, Sharon A. Lanoue and her husband Robert of Snellville, Georgia; four grandchildren and a great-grandson. She was the mother of the late Kenneth J. MacTavish and the sister of the late Helen Conway, Alice MacTavish and Alfred Korsak. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
