Wanda H. Lemaire

Seekonk – Wanda H. (Olearczyk) Lemaire, 87, of Seekonk, formerly of Woodhaven Rd., Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 19, 2013. She was the beloved wife of retired Pawtucket Police Detective Lt. Francis G. Lemaire for 51 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Woytas) Olearczyk. Wanda worked as the Display Ad Supervisor at the Pawtucket Times for 20 years before retiring in 1993. She enjoyed shopping; watching movies and reading. Besides her loving husband, she leaves four children, Sheila J. (Lemaire) Crafford and her husband, Lee of Seekonk, MA, Harold L. Pompei of Revere, MA, Robert F. Pompei and his late wife Suzanne of Norton, MA and John W. Pompei and his wife, Joyce of Norton, MA; a sister, Genevieve (Jean) Moroni of Johnston; a brother, John Olearczyk of Cranston; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
