Walter F. "Buster" Wall, 78, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on January 1, 1947, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Buster was the beloved son of the late Charles and Margaret Wall.
Buster is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years, Carol; his children, Kevin and Kelly Wall, Kerri and Grant Meehen and Kayla and Jason Healey; his cherished grandchildren, Alex, Brenna, Nolan, Lindan, Robert, and Reagan; and great-grandson Aaron.
He is also survived by his brother Charles Wall and sister, Peggi Wall.
Buster was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Wall.
A lifelong member of The Elks, Buster will be remembered for his support of his children and grandchildren, his passion for coaching youth basketball, golfing, running with The Back of the Pack, playing softball, and spending time with family and friends.
He touched the lives of many during his years at the Pawtucket Boys and Girls Club and working with the St.
Teresa’s basketball program and will be deeply missed.
VISITATION will be held on Friday, March 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
A celebration of Buster’s life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM at St.
Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue in Pawtucket.
Friends and family are invited to attend and share their memories- the Wall Family asks that attendees wear something green in Buster’s honor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Buster’s name can be sent to St.
Teresa’s Scholarship in care of Phil Shea, 93 Lincoln Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861.
