Wallace "Sonny" J. Lacroix

East Providence – Wallace “Sonny” J.

LaCroix, 85, of Riverside, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.

He was the beloved husband of Sharon A. (Casey) LaCroix.

Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Wallace LaCroix and Mabel G. (Simpson) Ciccone.

Sonny was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War and worked in the catering business for over twenty years until his retirement.

Sonny enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends.

Above all, Sonny was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Besides his loving wife, he leaves his five children, Sue Barber, Jeff LaCroix, Robin Laflamme, Wallace LaCroix and Paul LaCroix; three sisters, Dorothy Calderiso, Vera Rhault and Shirley Risho; twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Katherine DiGiulio and Eve Weber.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 7th at 11 a.m. in St.

Brendan Church, 60 Turner St., Riverside.

Interment will be private.

VISITATION will be held on Thursday, July 6th from 4 to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
