Pawtucket – Vivian J. (Carufel) Dugas, 92, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
She was the beloved wife of the late Laurent G.
Born in Seekonk, she was a daughter of the late William and Doretta (Deschamps) Carufel.
Vivian was a United States Army veteran of World War II and enjoyed crocheting and playing Bingo.
She leaves a daughter, Judith Regan and her husband, Dan of Marstons Mills, MA; a son, Brion Dugas and his wife, Priscilla of Reva, VA; three granddaughters, Kellie Regan, Angela Dugas and Alicia Parowski and her husband, Matthew; a sister, Alice Gorman of Yarmouth, MA and three great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Violet Polednik, Wilfred “Buddy”, Hector and Edward Carufel.
Her funeral with Military Honors will be held on MONDAY at 9 a.m. from the CHEETHAM Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.
Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave.
Interment will follow at St.
Stephen Cemetery, Attleboro.
VISITATION will be SATURDAY from 2 to 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Rhode Island Veterans Home, 480 Metacom Ave., Bristol, RI 02809 will be appreciated.
