Virginia L. King

Coventry – Virginia L. (Jobe) King, 89 passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman H. King. Born in Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Nettie (Skeene) Jobe. Virginia worked in the cafeteria at RISD for many years until her retirement. She leaves a son, Leslie King and his wife, Karen, of Coventry; a daughter, Deborah King-McFadden and her husband, Joseph, III, of Pawtucket; two grandchildren, Melissa Bory and Rebecca Nolin and two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Cailib Nolin. She was the sister of the late Paul Jobe. Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trl., Exeter.
