Virginia L. Bertrand

Pawtucket – Virginia L. (Plante) Bertrand, 60, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Albert J. and Lorraine E. (Doyon) Plante. Virginia worked for many years as a cashier in retail sales at Walmart in Attleboro, where she made many friends and acquaintances over the years. She also loved sewing and taking trips to Boston to spend quality time her beloved son and his dog, “Belle”. Virginia leaves her son, Cody S. Bertrand and his partner, Tim, of Waltham; a sister, Pamela M. Plante; two brothers, Michael A. Plante and David Plante and his wife, Kerry; five nieces, Lisa Sweet and her husband, Tim, Michelle Gorman and her husband, Russell, Ashley Plante, Brittany Plante and Erin Plante; two nephews, Kenneth Limoges and Connor Plante; two great-niece, Kaitlynn Limoges and Maura Sweet; a great-nephew, Aaron Limoges. She was the sister-in-law of the late Maureen Plante. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Services on Sunday at 1:30 p.m....
