Pawtucket – Timothy F. Flanagan, 64, passed peacefully on Wednesday evening, December 15, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Susan E. Bowen for sixteen years. Born in Taunton, a son of the late George H. and Carolyn C. (Clemmey) Flanagan, he resided in Plainville, MA, before moving to Pawtucket in 1988. Tim worked in facilities management at Brown University Bookstore until retiring in 2020. He was previously a truck driver and foreman for Miller Recycling Corp., Attleboro, for over twenty-seven years. Tim was a member of the Elks Lodge No. 1011, North Attleboro, and an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoyed listening to country music. His gregarious personality and witty sense of humor attracted friendships with everyone he encountered. Tim took great pride in his yard and in his home, where everyone was always welcomed.
