Theresa Madeline Procter

Pawtucket - Theresa “Terri” Madeline (Hanson) Procter, 74, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 at the New Bedford Rehabilitation Hospital, after a prolonged illness, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Procter.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late John and Therese (Payette) Hanson, she resided in Central Falls and Pawtucket for many years.

Terri graduated from St.

Jean the Baptist High School and was employed as a bookkeeper for much of her life.

She was the matriarch of her family and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her five children, fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was an avid reader, poet and historian.

She is survived by her children Pamela Procter Lee and Michael Lee, Kevin and Kathy Procter, David Procter, Scott and Shana Procter, and Greg and Melissa Procter; two sisters, Louise Ryszkiewicz and husband Philip of South Attleboro, MA and Mary Deutsch and her husband Frank of State College, PA.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, August 3rd at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.

Mary Church, 103 Pine St., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
