Susanna M. Hunter

East Providence – Susanna M. Hunter, 70, of Rumford, passed away at home on Sunday, April 18, 2021. Born in Germany, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life until moving to Rumford several years ago. She was a daughter of the late William R. and Elisabeth M. (Mausser) Hunter. Susanna attended the Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School and worked for many years as a medical secretary. Most recently, she worked at East Side Clinical Laboratory. Susanna enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, and baking. She also enjoyed caring for her many dogs, she recently lost her four-legged companion, Jack. In addition to her family and friends, she leaves her cockatiel, Pedra. Susanna will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives she has touched over the past seventy years. Susanna leaves a daughter-in-law, Heather Enos of East Providence; two granddaughters, Katheryn and Mackenzie Enos; two step-grandsons, Owen and Evan Friedmann and her longtime friends, Donna and Dennis Macksoud of North Providence.
