Susan M. Landry

Pawtucket – Susan M. (Parker) Landry, 55, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

She was the beloved wife of Kenneth J.

Landry for twenty one years.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Frank, Jr., and Elizabeth (Nixon) Parker.

Sue currently worked for the City of Pawtucket in the Parks & Recreation Department.

Sue always enjoyed bringing family and friends together, through her selfless hard work by planning many Bay Queen Cruise fundraisers, cookouts, birthday parties, holiday gatherings, family reunions and Ken & Sue’s Annual Pig-Roast.

She and her husband, Ken, enjoyed life’s simple pleasures.

They especially enjoyed spending summer evenings relaxing on the front porch or going for an evening cruise on their party boat on Echo Lake in Burrillville with their devoted dog, Buddy.

Sue will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all of her family and friends.

Besides her loving husband, Ken, she leaves three beloved step-children, Jason K.

Landry, Sr. and his longtime companion, Jennifer Hart, of Cumberland and Brittany L.

Landry and her companion, Chris Montenegro of Providence; four cherished grandchildren, Keith S.

Landry, Jr., Damian J.

Montenegro, Ava L. and Brody J.

Landry; six siblings, Frank Parker, III and his wife, Carol, of East Providence, John Parker and his wife, Karen, of Pawtucket, Robert Parker of Cumberland, Bruce Parker of Pawtucket, Deb Prior and her husband, Michael, of Richmond and Edward Parker, Sr. and his wife, Donna of Spring Hill, FL and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Donald and James Parker.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11 a.m. in St.

Mary Church, 103 Pine St., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Mt.

VISITATION will be Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Pawtucket Animal Shelter, C/O Pawtucket Police Department, 121 Roosevelt Ave., Pawtucket, RI 02860 will be appreciated.
