Tremblay, 60, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Friday, September 9, 2016 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
He was the beloved husband of Isabelle D. (Bergeron) Tremblay for 39 years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Bernard and Jeannine (Bessette) Tremblay.
Steve worked for many years at the former Corning Glass, Central Falls, (later GTE and finally Osram-Sylvania) before his retirement in 2004.
He enjoyed playing golf, tending to his lawn, working in his yard and most of all, Steve enjoyed spending time and relaxing on his boat “Bel Seasoning” with his beloved Isabelle.
Together they also enjoyed vacationing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Above all, Steve was a devoted and loving husband, father and “Papa”.
Besides his loving wife, he leaves two daughters, Danielle Gagne and her husband, Matt and Stephanie St.
Laurent and her husband, David all of Seekonk; five grandchildren, Damion Tremblay, Gabriel St.
Laurent, Angelina Desorcy, Delilah and Dalton Gagne; four siblings, Irene Perry, Paul and Ricky Tremblay and Lucy Harlowe and many beloved nieces and nephews.
His Funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.
Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave.
Interment will be private.
VISITATION will be Thursday 4 to 7 p.m.
