Rehoboth - Stephen Collier Smith, Sr., 65, of Westport, passed away at home on Saturday, February 4, 2017, following a year long battle with lung cancer. Stephen is lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of thirty-seven years, Lynn (Bianchini) Smith. Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Kenneth and Doreen (Collier) Smith, he resided in Rehoboth for thirty-one years before moving to Westport in September of 2016. Stephen graduated from Tolman High School, Pawtucket, in 1970, where he had served as Class President and went on to attend the University of Denver. Stephen began a long career in the marine industry in 1974 as part owner of Enterprise Manufacturing in Pawtucket, RI. He held positions at Stokes Marine Industries in Coldwater, MI and began a sales career at Rule Industries in Gloucester, MA.
