Sonja E. Bury

Rehoboth – Sonja E. (Larsson) Bury, 82, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert E. Bury, Jr. Born in East Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ivar and Emily (Rushlow) Larsson. Sonja was the proprietor of the former S&K Ceramics, Rehoboth, a member of the Red Hat Society and the Rehoboth Senior Citizens Center. She was an avid Boston Red Sox and NE Patriots fan, and she also enjoyed painting and quilting. Above all Sonja enjoyed caring for animals and spending time with friends and family. She leaves four children, Karen E. Ahern and her husband, Daniel, Carol A. McIntyre and her husband, John all of Rehoboth, Albert E. Bury, III and his wife, Dolores and Sonja L. Vaillancourt and her husband, George all of Attleboro; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late George Larsson.
