Cranston – Sochita Neou, 30, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

She was the beloved wife of Hout Seng.

A daughter of Savath and Sokhon (Srey) Neou of Cranston, she resided in Providence until moving to Cranston eighteen years ago.

Sochita, a dental hygienist, was passionate about oral care.

She was employed by 42 North Dental, Braintree, Massachusetts, for the past five years and was previously a pharmacy technician at CVS, Atwood Ave., Cranston.

Sochita was very competitive and fierce.

She didn’t like to wait for anyone, but it was okay for her to be fashionably late.

A big food critic, Sochita enjoyed eating different foods and especially enjoyed her husband’s cooking.

Her favorite holiday was Christmas, and she never missed an opportunity to go shopping in search of a good deal.

We will all miss her contagious smile and humble soul.

Besides her husband and parents, she leaves five siblings, Veoun Neou, Ananda Neou, Savang Neou, Leona Neou and Alex Neou.

She also leaves her brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents, father-in-law, mother-in-law and families from Cambodia and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Her funeral followed by interment at Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown, will be private.
