Pawtucket - Simonne M. (Depot) Verrier, 99, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of the late Origene H.
Born in the Province of Quebec, Canada, Simonne came to the United States in 1952 and resided in Manville, Woonsocket and Cumberland prior to settling in Pawtucket in 1975.
She was a daughter of the late Eloi and Marie-Ange (Durocher) Depot.
Simonne was a homemaker and a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be missed by her family and dear friends.
She was the mother of Real Verrier of Florida, Gisele Carrier and her husband, Paul, of Smithfield, Pauline Carrier and her husband, Maurice, of Pawtucket, Rejean Verrier and his wife, Paulette, of Smithfield, NC, Roland Verrier in Maine and Diane Lacroix and her husband, Ernest, of Pawtucket.
She also leaves seventeen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Simonne was the sister of Germaine LaFerriere, Marie-Jeanne Nadeau, Florence Gagne, Therese Landry, Jean-Claude Depot, Jeannette Turbide, Conrad Depot, Leonard Depot, Rose-Helene Landry and Adrien Depot.
VISITATION will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St.
Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave.
Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
