Silvio S. Penza

Vero Beach, FL – Silvio S.

Penza, 96, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 5, 2023.

He was the beloved husband of the late Anne “Dolly” (Romano) Penza for sixty-one years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Rose (Coletta) Penza.

Penza proudly served his country during WWII.

He was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket prior to relocating to Florida in 2006.

Silvio graduated from Providence College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in the study of physics.

He worked in chemical sales for several companies and ultimately became independent as a consultant in the field.

Silvio was a past president and lifelong member of the Kirkbrae County Club, Lincoln, Rhode Island.

He is survived by two daughters, Darlene Dube and her husband, Jack, of Vero Beach, FL and Carole Penza and her partner, Lynne Harrison, of Madison, NH; a son, Stephan Penza and his wife, Joni, of Vero Beach, FL and three grandchildren, Stacey, Tyler and Jamie Penza.

Interment with Military Honors at St.

Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket, will be private.

Visitation and floral tributes are respectfully omitted.
