Silvia L. Tupaj

Pawtucket – Silvia L. (Vecoli) Tupaj, 67, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Sunday, June 1, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Daniel G. Tupaj, Sr. for 47 years. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Silvio and Esther (Lafond) Vecoli. Silvia worked in the school lunch program at Cunningham School, Pawtucket, for many years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards on Friday evenings with her friends. Above all, Silvia enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and three beautiful great-grandchildren. Besides her loving husband, Silvia leaves a daughter, Keri L. Cadieux of Woonsocket; a son, Daniel G. Tupaj, Jr. of Pawtucket; three grandchildren; Jocelyn Tupaj, Katie Massey and Alexis Evans; three sisters, Judy Blais, Donna Tellier and Gail Mitchell; three-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
