Sharon J. Ratte

Warwick – Sharon J. (Brum) Ratte, 72, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Costa) Brum.

Sharon worked for many years at VNA of Care New England.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, dancing, tending to her yard (particularly her shrubs), fostering dogs and visiting the beach.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives she has touched over the past seventy-two years.

Sharon leaves two children, Tara A.

Cannavino of Warwick and Christopher R.

Szymkowicz and his wife, Elisa, of Montreal, Canada; two grandchildren, Lauren and Chloe; one great-granddaughter, Sora and a sister, Anne Brum of Rumford.

Services will be held on Tuesday, July 8th at 10 a.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by entombment at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.

VISITATION will be held on Monday, July 7th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
