Ruth Teresa Vadnais

Pawtucket – Ruth Teresa (Burns) Vadnais, 90, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 3, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Leo Vadnais, Sr. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Elizabeth (Jones) Burns. Ruth worked for Interpac Company for 15 years until her retirement and was an avid and lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox. She was a longtime communicant of St. Joseph Church (Holy Family Parish), Pawtucket. Above all Ruth loved her family with all her heart and soul. She leaves five beloved children and their spouses, Ruth Crowe and her husband, Ron of Seekonk, Leo Vadnais, Jr. and his wife, Janice of Warwick, Bob Vadnais and his wife, Joanne, Gary Vadnais and his wife, Cheryl and Brenda Donahue and her husband, James all of Pawtucket; a brother, Joe Burns of Attleboro; eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
