Russell Joseph Malo

Pawtucket – Russell Joseph Malo, 86, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Carmen E. (Bessette) Malo, the couple had been married for sixty years. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was the only child of the late Joseph Napoleon Malo and Beatrice (Montminy) Malo. Mr. Malo was employed at First National Supermarkets for thirty-three years until it’s closing, and then worked at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island for twelve years until retiring in 1993. He was a communicant of St. Cecilia Church. Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Michael Russell Malo and his wife, Kathleen of Seekonk and Stephen Mark Malo and his wife, Lisa of Bristol; a daughter, Patricia Marie Aldrich and her husband, Timothy of Rumford and four grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Gregory and Timothy Malo and Benjamin and Eryn Aldrich.
