Russell L. Brennan

Seekonk - Russell L. Brennan, 79, passed away at his home on Saturday, October 24, 2026 surrounded by family and friends. He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Royer) Brennan for fifty-six years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Russell A. and Louise G. (Cornett) Brennan. He was also the brother of the late Donald Brennan.

Russ was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in criminal law from Roger Williams University. He served in the Seekonk Police Department for over twenty-five years, retiring in 2003 as a detective. Russ subsequently owned Russ-T Nail Handyman Services in his retirement for nearly ten years.

He was an avid golfer and was a long-time member of the Pawtucket Country Club, where he started out as a caddy in his younger years. Russ enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Besides his loving wife, Russ leaves a son, Ryan D. Brennan and his wife, Lindsay, of Riverside, and two grandsons, Donny and Mason Brennan.
