Rosina Pregoni

Pawtucket – Rosina (Mazza) Pregoni, 76, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 28, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Enrico Pregoni. Born in Italy, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Pasqualina Rosa (Iannino) Mazza. Rosina was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She leaves two sons, Dominic Pregoni and his wife, Nicole of Pawtucket and Mario Pregoni of Cranston; three grandchildren, Lauryn, Nicholas and Joseph Pregoni; a sister, Maria Mazza of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Antonio Mazza, Giuseppe Mazza, Giustina Maria Mazza, Maria Giusta Grazia Mazza, Vincenzo Mazza, Giovanni Mazza, Vito Mazza, Maria Paola Mazza, Natale Mazza and Teresa Mazza. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave. Interment will follow at Mount Saint Mary Cemetery.
