Ronald F. Wall

Seekonk – Ronald F. Wall, 77, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Carol A. (McCarthy) Wall, they would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary in August. Born in Fall River, a son of the late Frank A. and Dorothy (Kiley) Wall, he resided in Seekonk for forty-one years. Ron was a graduate of Kings Point Merchant Marine Academy and served in the U.S. Navy. He attended the University of Rhode Island and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Ron was very active in the Town of Seekonk, where he formerly served as Veterans Agent; Building Inspector and Chairman of the Conservation Commission. He was a volunteer in the Recreation Department at the Veterans Medical Center, Providence, where he drove the van to transport veterans to Paw Sox Games on Armed Forces Night. He was also a volunteer for Stand Down; The Vietnam Era Veterans Association and was a former Commander of the American Legion Post No. 311, Seekonk; Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Kelly...
