Pawtucket – Ronald H.
Bourgault, Sr., 78, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence after a brief illness.
He was the beloved husband of Bertha (Davy) Bourgault.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Edward Bourgault, Sr. and Pearl (Moon) Bourgault.
Ron was a Korean War U.S.
He was employed by the Little Sister of the Poor for over twenty-five years until retiring this past February.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Ronald H.
Bourgault, Jr. of Pawtucket and Thomas A.
Bourgault of Central Falls; two daughters, Charlotte Waldeck of West Warwick and Nancy Hertl of Florida; a step-daughter, Debra Durant; two step-sons, Robert Gilbert and David Gilbert; a brother, Edward Bourgault, Jr. of Pawtucket; a sister, Nancy Wunschel of Smithfield; twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was the twin-brother of the late Robert Bourgault and the step-father of the late Nancy Grace and Michael Walters.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Jeanne Jugan Residence of the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St., Pawtucket.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 or the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, 1085 North Main St., Providence RI 02904 will be appreciated.
