Roland L. Therrien

Seekonk – Roland L. Therrien, 86, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria M. (Oliveria) Therrien. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Louis and Aldea (Desorcy) Therrien. Roland was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War and worked as a foreman for Fram Corp. for many years. He was an avid sports fan. Roland leaves four children, Lorraine A. Therrien of Dighton, David R. Therrien and Louise of Seekonk, Gary J. Therrien and Linda of Cumberland and Scott A. Therrien and a granddaughter, Hannah Therrien both of Westport. He was the father of the late Kathy Marie Therrien. VISITATION will begin on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., followed by Services at Noon at Cheetham Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Raymond's Church, 2 Matilda St., Providence, RI 02904 will be appreciated.
