Roland L. Laroche

Barrington – Roland “Rocky” L.

Laroche, 75, of Barrington and Narragansett, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017.

He was the beloved husband of Susana C. (Andrade) Laroche for forty-five years.

Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Marie Jeanne (Rogers) Laroche.

Roland was a proud U.

He was a carpenter and had been employed by Bancroft, Xey and then retired from RISD.

Rocky was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Delaney Council.

He was a devoted Patriots fan and car enthusiast.

Rocky loved the beach, traveling, gardening, working on his vacation properties and camping, but most of all, spending time with his dogs past and present.

Besides his wife, he leaves a sister, Doris Medeiros and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Therese Proulx.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. in St.

Joseph Church, 195 Walcott St., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.

VISITATION will be Friday 4 to 7 p.m.
