Roland N. Gobin

Pawtucket – Roland N. Gobin, 76, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2017. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Arthur and Jeannette (Tardif) Gobin. Roland served in the U.S. Army reserve. He was a firefighter for the City of Pawtucket for twenty years until retiring on May 1, 1988. Roland enjoyed making models and fishing. He leaves three daughters, Marybeth Hunter of Belleview, Florida, Susan J. Keefe of Pawtucket and Jacqui M. Huntoon of Kingman, Arizona; a sister, Claire Collette of Greenville; five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters and longtime companion, Charlotte Wheeler.
