Roger G. Audette

Audette, 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 7, 2017.

He was the beloved husband of Constance M. (Salois) Audette for 62 years.

Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Frederic and Evangeline (Poulin) Audette.

Roger was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War.

He was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus, Order of St.

Francis and gave a great deal of himself in the service of others.

Roger was instrumental in acquiring motorized wheelchairs for the handicapped and disabled over the past many years.

He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and all around family man.

Besides his loving wife, Roger leaves seven children, Anne Marie Briere and her husband, Ray of Richmond, TX, Lucie Audette and her husband, Rob Bauman of Ann Arbor, MI, Rose Marie Audette and her husband, Terry Lynch of Washington, DC, Roxanne Audette and her husband, Ray Neirinckx of Warwick, RI, Andre Audette and his wife, Laura of Tampa, FL, David Audette and his wife, Michele Risso-Audette of Pawtucket and Jo-Anne Audette-Arruda and her husband, Jim Arruda of Milton, FL; sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Roger was one of eleven siblings and also leaves his sister Doris Brais of Lincoln.

VISITATION will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St.

Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.

Flowers are respectfully omitted.
