North Attleboro – Robert E.

Howarth, 87, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025.

He was the husband of the late Jacqueline A. (Charrette) Howarth and the late Joyce L. (Hawkins) Howarth.

Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Albert and Rita (Brady) Howarth.

Robert was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War and went on to work for Citiworks Fence Company in Attleboro.

Robert was a hard and dedicated worker and continued to help at both Citiworks Fence and Shannon’s Restaurant for many years even after his retirement from full-time work.

He loved animals and lending a hand to anyone who needed help with anything.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past eighty-seven years.

He leaves ten children, Robert A.

Howarth of Lisbon, Maine, David Howarth and his wife, Betty, of Cumberland, Jimmy Howarth of North Attleboro, Sharon McKearney and her husband, Jeff, of Attleboro, Colleen Medeiros and her husband, Joe, of Attleboro, Lynne Casalino and her husband, David, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, Elaine Penney and her husband, Ronald, of South Attleboro, Susan Roy and her companion, Sean Kell, of North Attleboro, Tom Roy, Jr. and his wife, Sheila, of Attleboro and Fred Roy, Sr.; two siblings, Frederick Howarth and his wife, Debbie, and Rosemary Malay, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

He was the brother of the late Audrey Russo, Noel Howarth, Albert “Sonny” Howarth, Teresa Greene, Doris Betts.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend VISITATION on Wednesday, June 18th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Burial at Notre Dame Cemetery in Pawtucket will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to either the American Heart Association, P.O.
