Robert N. Forest

Pawtucket – Robert N. Forest, 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, August 6, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Emilie C. (Broberg) Forest for fifty-seven years. Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Alphonse and Laura (Belair) Forest. Bob resided in Pawtucket most of his life, and had also resided in Lincoln and Sarasota, Florida. He was a graduate of Pawtucket East High School; 1958 graduate of Brown University and received his Master’s Degree from Rhode Island College in 1975. Bob was a Korean War U.S. Army veteran and a member of the American Legion. He was a Consultant in Vocational Education for the Rhode Island Department of Education for many years until retiring. Bob was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Robert J.
