Pawtucket – Robert “Bob” E.

Tootell, 72, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 13, 2021 surrounded by his family.

He was the husband of Alice (O’Brien) Tootell for forty-eight years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Walter W. and Clara “Dot” (Baldwin) Tootell.

Bob proudly served his country overseas as a Staff Sergeant of the U.S.

Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He graduated from William E.

Tolman High School and was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket.

Bob was the owner of Happy Hour Club, Pawtucket, for twenty-five years, and the former owner of JKJ Cleaning, Inc.

An avid New England sports fan, Bob especially followed the Boston Red Sox and loved engaging in sports trivia.

He enjoyed working with his hands and had the ability to build and fix things around the home.

Bob was a gregarious man who spent a lot of time socializing and finding ways to help people in need.

He will be deeply missed by his family, especially his grandchildren who meant the world to him.

Besides his wife, he is survived by four children, James C.

Tootell and his wife, Stephanie, of San Diego, CA, Kerri-Lynn P.

Brown and her husband, Michael, Jr., of Rehoboth, Jacqueline A.

Ferguson and her husband, Terry, of Portsmouth and William R.

Tootell and his significant other, Katie Landis, of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Christien, Tayla, Kaelynn, Hailey, Sean and Arran; a great-grandson, Eoin; a brother, Donald Tootell and his wife, Vicky, of Burrillville, and a sister, Barbara Shaw of Pawtucket.

His funeral will be held on Thursday beginning with VISITATION at 4:00 p.m. followed by Services at 6:00 p.m. in WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment with Military Honors at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, will be private.
