Rita Gilkenson

Pawtucket – Rita (Rousseau) Gilkenson, 93, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert R. Gilkenson. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva (Laporte) Rousseau. Rita enjoyed reading and chatting with friends. She leaves a son, Robert K. Gilkenson and his wife, Susan of North Providence; a sister, Eva M. Merrifield of Rumford; a nephew, Richard Rousseau of Florida; a cousin, Karen Wims of North Carolina and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ernest Rousseau and Oscar Rousseau. Her funeral and interment will be private.
