Seekonk – Richard J. Trahan, 71, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Lionel C. and Virginia A. (Saback) Trahan.
Richard was a graduate of Rhode Island College and had a lifelong enthusiasm for cars and motorcycles. He worked as a motorcycle parts manager for many years. Richard was a proud member of the NRA and Seekonk Gun Club. In his free time, he enjoyed maintaining his fishtanks and was an avid outdoorsman, especially in his younger years.
He leaves behind his beloved siblings, Lionel Trahan Jr. (Lenka) of Chepachet, RI, Diane Amaral (Mike) of Dayville, CT, Ronald Trahan (Christina) of Sebastian, FL, and Karen A. Trahan of Sebastian, FL, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements are private and entrusted to the WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave. Pawtucket.
