Magill, 84, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

He was the beloved husband of the late Jean B. (Hajjar) Magill.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Alexander Magill, Sr. and Catherine (Pierce) Magill.

Richard served in the United States Army.

He was employed by the New England Telephone Company for many years until retiring and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

He leaves a son, Carl E.

Magill and his wife, Jennifer Kelly, of Rumford; two daughters, Missy Magill and her husband, Jeff Richards, of Natick, MA and Gigi Magill and Noel Plourde, of Pawtucket; a daughter-in-law, Donna Magill of Seekonk; two sisters, Catherine DeCataldo of North Smithfield and Linda Church of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Kyllie, Jennifer, Jordyn, Madison, Stella and Keith and many nieces and nephews.

He was the father of the late Richard F.

Magill, Jr. and the brother of the late Alexander Magill, Jr., Robert Magill, William Magill, his twin brother Raymond Magill, Edward Magill and Margaret Del Papa.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 16th at 11:30 a.m. at St.

Raymond Church, 1240 North Main St., Providence.

Interment with Military Honors at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery will be private.

Visitation and flowers are respectfully omitted.
