Richard J. Jepson

West Greenwich – Richard J.

Jepson, 75, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, February 10, 2023.

He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria L. (Izzi) Jepson.

Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late James and Alice (Bouchard) Jepson.

Richard was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and went on to work in the jewelry industry for many years until his retirement.

He was a longtime member of the East Greenwich Fireman’s Association and enjoyed spending time with his daughters.

Richard leaves two daughters, Monica G.

Freeman of Warwick and Deborah A.

Carpenter and her husband, Glenn, of Coventry; four siblings, Sylvia, Roger, Robert and Carol and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Loyde Jepson.

To honor Richard’s wishes he will be laid to rest with his late wife in a private interment at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.

Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
