Richard F. Horan, Jr.

March 1, 1955 — June 18, 2025

Horan, Jr., passed away at home on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 with family by his side.

After living with Parkinson's for ten years, he passed away after a very brief illness.

He was the beloved husband of Darlene A. (Dubois) Horan for thirty-nine beautiful years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Richard F. and Lucille (Hetu) Horan.

Rick resided in Pawtucket before moving to Seekonk twenty-six years ago.

He was a graduate of Tolman High School and spent most of his career as a Quality Inspector in the Medical Device Field.

He was well known in the local softball leagues and market leagues in the 80's for his exceptional talent.

Rick and Darlene became avid golfers and were fortunate to make great memories traveling to beautiful golf destinations.

Besides his loving wife, he leaves his siblings, Joseph (Nora) Correia, Steven (Tish) Horan, Kathleen (Rick) Koperna and Timothy (Susan Amendola-Carr) Horan.

He also leaves many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law, Linda and David Hatter.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and continue on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 10 a.m. until Services at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W.
