Richard M. Higgins

Pawtucket – Richard M. Higgins, 62, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Debra M. (Poulin) Higgins. The couple celebrated their thirty-sixth wedding anniversary on September 6, 2022. Born in Boston, he was a son of the late Richard M., Sr. and Barbara A. (Morrow) Higgins. Rich resided in South Attleboro before moving to Pawtucket thirty-six years ago. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Iran Conflict. Rich had been employed at Stanley Bostitch, East Greenwich for twenty-five years. He was an avid Patriots fan and enjoyed fishing, camping and sitting by the fire with family. But most of all, he enjoyed the time spent with his three grandchildren. Besides his loving wife, he leaves two devoted daughters, Ashley M. Rogers and her husband, Matthew, and Angelique L.
