Richard O. Desmarais

Attleboro – Richard O. Desmarais, 67, of South Attleboro, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Louis I. and Ester (Lapre) Desmarais. Richard was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era. He worked in printing and more recently as the plant photographer for the Leviton Co., Warwick until his retirement. Richard enjoyed fishing and giving of himself through charitable works, giving rides to those in need to appointments and other various obligations. He leaves a brother, Louis L. Desmarais of South Attleboro; a sister, Lorraine T. Lund of Attleboro and the late Raymond C. Desmarais; a niece, Lisa McCoy and her husband, Michael of Raynham; three nephews, John M. Lund and his wife, Denise of Falmouth, ME, Michael J. Lund and his wife, Tiffany in Maryland and David J.
