Pawtucket – Raymond P. Theriault, 94, a retired fisherman, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Jean-Baptiste and Eugenie (Charette) Theriault. Ray was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He leaves fifteen nieces and nephews; twenty-five great-nieces and nephews and three great-great nephews. Ray was the brother of the late Yvonne C. Langlois, Simonne M. Theriault, Noella Ouellette, Jeanne M. Griffin, John J., Bertrand J., Lucien J. Theriault, Therese M. Gendreau and Roger J. Theriault. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation and flowers are respectfully omitted. Memorial gifts in Ray’s name and honor to the Rhode Island Veterans Home, 480 Metacom Ave., Bristol, RI 02809 would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are with CHEETHAM Funeral Home.
