William Rowse, 92, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of the late Mildred E. (Warburton) Rowse and the late Norma (Watkinson) Rowse.

Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Frank J. and Anna (Capron) Rowse, he resided in Pawtucket and South Attleboro most of his life.

Bill was a World War II U.S.

He was a 1940 graduate of Bryant College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Bill was a salesman for the former American Coin Lock Company for many years until retiring.

He was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church, Seekonk, where he had served as a deacon and trustee.

An avid horse lover, Bill enjoyed riding until his early eighties.

He leaves a son, Jeffrey F.

Rowse and his wife Pat of South Attleboro; a daughter, Sara E.

Rowse of Pawtucket; two grandchildren, Tiffany L.

Sullivan and her husband Scott of Attleboro and Shane J.

Rowse of South Attleboro; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Benjamin Sullivan; a sister, Jane Sladen and her husband Leo of Pawtucket and several nieces and nephews.

He was the father of the late John W.

Rowse and the brother of the late Bessie Bruce, Ann Allen, Franklin, Donald and Clifford Rowse.

Services will be held THURSDAY, JANUARY 13, 2011 at 10 a.m. in the Memorial Baptist Church, 340 Central Ave., Seekonk.

Interment will follow at Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro.

VISITATION WILL BE TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2011 FROM 5 to 8 p.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
