Pawtucket – Phyllis C. (Farran) Procter, 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 17, 2021 surrounded by her loving daughter. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick T. Procter. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late James and Gwendolyn (Cadwgan) Farran. Phyllis graduated from the former Pawtucket East High School and continued her studies at the former Bryant College, Providence, where she earned a bachelor’s degree. She dedicated her life tending to her home and family. Phyllis was an amazing cook, a talented knitter and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She is survived by two daughters, two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Services and interment with her late husband in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, will be private.
