Phyllis A. Charette

East Providence – Phyllis A. Charette, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Born in Fall River, she was a beloved daughter of Mrs. Sybil A. (Ostroff) Charette and the late George J. Charette. Phyllis was a 1974 graduate of East Providence High School and a 1978 graduate of Rhode Island College. She worked at the US Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Middletown for 34 years until retiring this past March. Besides her loving mother, she leaves a sister, Anne I. Cabana of Charlotte, NC.
