Bristol – Philip Kitsalis, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Andrew and Andriana “Anna” (Beck) Kitsalis. A Korean War veteran of the U.S. Army, Philip was stationed in Germany during the Korean War and was the cook for his comrades. He worked as the lead chef for Brown University, Providence, until his retirement. Philip was a world traveler who enjoyed photography, fishing, playing cards and appreciated a fine cigar. He was a regular at the former Sh-Booms of Providence, where he enjoyed dancing. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Graveside Services on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Armistice Blvd., Pawtucket.
