Pawtucket – Philip J. Barrett, Jr., formally of Attleboro, Mass., passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2021, at home in the arms of his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy C. (Miller) Barrett. Son of the late Philip J. Sr., and Florence (Campbell) Barrett. Philip was a graduate of Attleboro High School and attended Rhode Island School of Design. A retired U.S. Army veteran, Phil proudly served his country for four years during the Vietnam era. He was employed as a contractor for J.L. Marshall & Sons, Inc. in Seekonk, MA, for thirty-seven years, a company Phil respected and was proud to represent, retiring in 2006. Philip was fond of sports, boating, and traveling throughout the Caribbean, his love for the ocean continued throughout his life. Upon retirement, Philip enjoyed the winter months in Florida and St. Maarten with his family. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lisa J. Barrett; a grandson, P.
