Peter John Hall, age 67, of Seekonk, Massachusetts, passed away on March 30, 2026, after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Robert Hall and Priscilla (Slocum) Hall.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela (Collins) Hall, with whom he shared 42 years of marriage; his children Lauren MacLean and her husband Jonathan of Attleboro, MA, and Emily Sears and her husband Taylor of Pembroke, MA; his four siblings Janice Fisher (Harry), David Hall (Bridget), Stevan Hall, and Neil Hall (Nicole); his four grandchildren Jackson and Logan MacLean and Finley and Wyatt Sears; and many dear nieces and nephews.
Peter attended Attleboro High School where he excelled in art, played hockey, and was a cyclist who competed in many races. He graduated from Attleboro High School in 1976 and later attended classes at Rhode Island School of Design. He began his lifelong art career in 1978.
Peter’s professional career involved all things creative. He was an artist, an illustrator, a graphic designer, and a photographer (and not to mention, our family’s designated Photoshop extraordinaire). His work covered everything from company logos and jewelry magazine ads to our favorite local restaurant’s menu design and, thanks to his daughters, a Seekonk sports photographer.
When he wasn’t working or attending his kids’ (and later grandkids’) sports games, you could find him fishing or antiquing. Whether it was trout fishing on the Swift River, steelhead fishing in Pulaski, traveling out west for fly fishing trips, deep sea fishing on Stellwagen Bank, catching striped bass with Jackson and Logan, or just fishing off the dock with Finley and Wyatt, his comment was always the same: “Just one more cast...” He and Pam also shared a love for antiques and often took trips to the Brimfield Antique Shows with their close family and friends.
Above all, his love for his entire family was paramount and family gatherings were always his favorite; it is undisputed that he was always one of the last people to leave. His quick dry wit, the ability to chat with anyone (which forged lasting friendships), his beautiful smile and easily recognizable laugh will forever be remembered.
VISITATION will be held on Thursday, April 16th from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, RI. A private burial service will be held by the family.
