Pearl E. Anderson

Seekonk - Pearl (Howson) Anderson, 97, of Weare, New Hampshire and formerly of Seekonk passed away on Saturday March 30, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Clarence E. Anderson. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William and Ellen Ann (Middlebrook) Howson. Pearl resided in Seekonk most of her life before spending her final years living with family in NH. She was a graduate of Pawtucket High School and the Katharine Gibbs School. In her early years, she worked as a supervisor in the credit office of the Pawtucket Mutual Insurance Co. Pearl left work to raise her family. Later she was employed as a supervisor in the audit department of the Shepard Co, retiring when the store closed. Pearl volunteered for many years at the Performing Arts Center and Veterans Auditorium in Providence, and was a former member of Hamilton House.
